I appreciate the timely manner in which My vehicle was delivered, the only issue is right side rims on tires are very scratched up like someone came far too close to the curb trying to figure out how to fix that but overall love the car.
Service department is excellent! Sales people are very annoying. Classic used car salesmen. Rude, overbearing.

They did great when I went in for an oil change, but when I called to schedule a service appointment, and then took my vehicle in, the did a multi point inspection. Helpful, but I didn't request one, and honestly didn't have the money to pay for it either, just the one service I scheduled. Great customer service and work on my vehicle.
Friendly, professional staff, repairs were completed within one day (as promised), appreciate the shuttle and complimentary carwash (and the free popcorn was a nice touch!). Highly recommend taking your vehicle (preferably a Nissan) to Walla Walla Nissan.
Took care of my issue, navigation screen needed to be replaced, took a few visits But finally got fixed
Jose was absolutely amazing on getting us into a new car!! Very patient and was honest and did everything possible to make this happen and didn't make me feel dumb being that this was my first time buying a car. I definitely recommend him anytime!! Are Nissan Titan is broken down all the time Nissan of Walla Walla has had the pickup again for 4 months again now they are saying another 2 weeks it never stops with them the owner won't even call back . And there warranty we bought is no good stay clear of that place or you might regret it!!!!!

Dealerships get a bad rap, and most deserve it. Service and repairs are expensive, and much of the time, outside shops are much less expensive and do just as good work if not better than Dealerships. You didn't do anything major, but everyone was friendly, not pushy. Maria was great.
I'm a local pastor who was working with a single, unemployed mom to get her car back on the road. Chevrolet of Walla Walla helped us to do that by discounting their normal rate. I didn't even ask, they encouraged me to seek out how they might be able to work with me on this. Grateful for the community minded people there!

The salesman Kenny was awesome. There was some confusion with financing the next day that raised my payment to a deal that I refused the first time. I kind of feel like I was hustled a little bit.

Brought my car in cuz it was having a computer problem they looked at everything but the computer which I already knew had problems refuse to even look at the computer until I fixed the other issues and refuse to apply my screening fee to any other thing he fixed since I said I wanted them to look at the computer which they never did waste of money waste of time
